At the Pilates Project, our mission is to empower students to live a healthier and happier life through movement, body awareness, increased strength and agility. We teach authentic Pilates, which means we adhere to the traditional method, teach the method as a system incorporating all apparatus and practice on authentic equipment. All teachers at the Pilates Project are comprehensively trained and have completed a rigorous 600 hour apprenticeship and coursework before becoming certified to teach. All of our instructors are dedicated to continuing their education. Why Us? There is no one-size-fits-all Pilates. We want to get to know YOU! We believe in personalized instruction and small group classes. We work with all ages and fitness levels to bring the body back to balance and help give it what it needs, whether it be strength, stretch, stability or stamina.
